Deposit:  To  hold  a  specific date for your event, a nonrefundable deposit of $100.00 is required.  Because our service is often planned a year in advance, revenue would be lost if you should have to cancel, and calls for that same date have been turned away.  The deposit will protect your planning.

 

Music: We bring over 10,000 song titles to every event and will have the variety you are looking for.  Our music knowledge will ensure your event is one that will truly  fit  your  needs  and  your  style.  You  can  choose  from  Oldies  (50’s & 60’s), Motown, Classic Rock, Disco, 70’s, 80’s, R&B, Club, Hip Hop, Alternative, Reggae, Country, Jazz, Standards, Classical, Big Band, Swing, Top 40, Songs of Special Interest and much, much more.  If we don’t have it, we’ll do our best to get it.  All of our equipment is professional grade.  We’ve recently upgraded our system to include an 18 inch subwoofer and  BBE Sonic Maximizer to provide richer sound quality.  However, should any of  our equipment malfunction, we always have back up equipment on site so your event will not be interrupted.  We are fully insured, so should any other problems arise you are personally protected.    

 

Professionalism: We understand the importance of your event and give special attention to detail.  Attire  will always  include  a  dress  shirt  and  tie, and  dress  pants  unless other attire is requested.  Volume  levels  are  constantly  monitored for the tempo of the event, but we are always willing to make it louder or softer to accommodate your wishes.  Ask your caterer, photographer or banquet facility if they  have  worked  with  us  before.  If  they  have, we  guarantee  they’ll  provide an excellent review of our services. 

 

Music Requests:   We   will  work  together  prior  to  your  event  and  establish  the  music selections you desire.  It is helpful to have a list of the key songs you wish to be part of your special day, but also we enjoy playing requests and  understand their importance in getting your guests involved. Sound Decision will make every  effort  to  play  all  requests   but  cannot  be  held  responsible  if  specific selections are not played due to lack of availability.   Unless otherwise  specified  by  Client,  the  remaining  music  will  be  selected  based on  popularity, danceability and  demographic appeal.
